Site usage information — basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, and, if enabled, standard analytics about how the Site is used.

2. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries, reserve and manage your unit, and administer your rental agreement.
To process payments, bill recurring monthly rent, and send receipts and account notices.
To send notices required by law, including notices under the Florida Self-Service Storage Space Act.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your use of the payment feature is subject to Stripe’s privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe acts as our payment processor and handles your card data under its own security standards (including PCI-DSS).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with: service providers who help us operate (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider); professional advisors; and government or legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights. We may also share information in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
